How engagements are contracted
Engagements are phased. Discovery and architecture stages are estimated precisely because their scope is known; delivery runs in two-week increments against a prioritised capability list with a cost envelope per increment, so scope decisions stay visible and reversible. A documented handover is available at any stage boundary.
Who owns the work
You own what we build. Code is delivered into your repositories and infrastructure into your accounts from the first commit. There are no proprietary runtime components you would need to license from BYAK.
How client material is handled
Client material is handled under NDA and destroyed on an agreed schedule. Findings and reports go only to the named recipients you nominate, through a channel your security team chooses. We test only systems we are contracted and authorised in writing to test, and we do not copy client data into our own environment without an explicit agreement.
Personal data submitted through this website is covered separately by the privacy policy.
Certifications and partnerships
BYAK holds no industry or security certifications at present, and is not a partner, reseller or affiliate of Palantir Technologies Inc. or of any other vendor. We would rather state that than let a logo imply otherwise; judge the work on the reports and the code.
Security disclosures
Report a vulnerability in anything BYAK runs or built through the contact form, choosing the security topic. The machine-readable version is at /.well-known/security.txt.
